Location: Denver, CO
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Field Manager to manage daily on-site operations for an active construction project in Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who can take ownership of the jobsite, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
The Site Superintendent will act as the primary on-site point of contact, working closely with project management and client representatives to maintain quality, progress, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure work meets project plans and specifications
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence to monitor safety, productivity, and workmanship
- Communicate regularly with project managers and client representatives regarding progress and site conditions
- Complete and submit daily and weekly Quality Control (QC) reports using provided templates
- Identify, document, and resolve field issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce jobsite safety policies and promote safe work practices at all times
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and crew members
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Site Superintendent, Field Supervisor, or Construction Supervisor
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and project specifications
- Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills
- Proven ability to coordinate between field operations, project management, and clients
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards and site documentation
- OSHA 10/30, First Aid, or related certifications are preferred but not required
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time, on-site position
- Daily presence required on the project site
