Job Overview
We are currently hiring Certified Copper Pipe Brazing Technicians for a large-scale medical and commercial facility project in San Antonio, TX. This role is strictly for experienced professionals with a strong background in brazing large-diameter copper piping systems.
This is not an entry-level position. Only applicants with verified brazing experience and valid certifications should apply.
Position Summary
We are seeking highly skilled technicians capable of performing precision copper brazing on complex mechanical systems such as chilled water lines, medical gas piping, and HVAC
mechanical systems. Candidates must be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and dependable on active job sites.
Required Qualifications
- Valid AWS B2.2 / B2.2M and/or ASME Section IX QB Brazing Certification
- Proven experience brazing large copper pipe systems
- Experience working on hospital, healthcare, or industrial projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Must pass quality inspections and follow established procedures
- Must have required hand tools and PPE
- Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently
- Drug-free workplace compliance
