Job Responsibilities
Supervise and lead electrical crews on construction sites
Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to electricians
Install and oversee electrical systems, conduit, and wiring
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and layouts
Ensure all work meets NEC codes, project specifications, and safety standards
Work hands-on when needed to support the crew
Coordinate materials, tools, and manpower
Enforce job site safety rules and company policies
Maintain productivity and quality control on-site
Requirements
Previous experience as a Construction Electrician Foreman (required)
Strong background in commercial or construction electrical work
Experience with conduit installation and electrical systems
Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints
Must have own electrical tools
Must bring full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, safety vest, work boots)
Reliable transportation required
Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required
Strong leadership, communication, and safety-first attitude
