Construction Laborer

We are actively placing hard-working Construction Laborers with some of the best general contractors, home builders, and concrete/masonry companies in the area. These are NOT temp jobs — they are permanent, direct-hire positions with companies that promote from within and offer real careers.

What You’ll Be Doing (varies by crew):

• Site cleanup & material staging
• Demo, digging, grading, and compaction
• Assisting carpenters, masons, concrete finishers, or pipe layers
• Loading/unloading trucks, running wheelbarrows, stocking jobs
• Basic power tool use and occasional skid-steer operation (if experienced)

What You Need:

• At least 6 months of real construction site experience (more = higher pay)
• Reliable transportation & valid ID
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather
• Strong work ethic – show up on time, every day, ready to work
• OSHA 10 card is a plus (we can help you get one for free if hired)

What You Get:
